Improving the lives of children, young people and their families, particularly those with the most needs or who experience the most barriers in society, has been central to Ngozi’s work for over 25 years. She brings extensive experience working with children, young people and schools and engaging the voice of children and young people in change.
Ngozi integrates participatory approaches, co-production and design thinking approaches with skills drawn from direct work with children and young people. She has worked with schools in a number of capacities including as a school governor, service development partner, and commissioner.

Ruby’s background is in Visual Anthropology and working in place-based arts groups with marginalised communities. She is passionate about using creative methods and co-production to give those most underrepresented a voice. Doing ‘with’ not ‘to’ communities is at the centre of her practice.
Ruby was a community evaluator for The Social Innovation Partnership, an organisation that works closely with communities in London Boroughs to tackle social inequality.
