About Ngozi

Improving the lives of children, young people and their families, particularly those with the most needs or who experience the most barriers in society, has been central to Ngozi’s work for over 25 years. She brings extensive experience working with children, young people and schools and engaging the voice of children and young people in change. 

Ngozi integrates participatory approaches, co-production and design thinking approaches with skills drawn from direct work with children and young people. She has worked with schools in a number of capacities including as a school governor, service development partner, and commissioner.
